Works for me!

I used this to remove eye and lip makeup and it does the job for me! I shake it up well, put a few drops on a cotton pad, hold it for a few seconds and wipe. I don’t feel any film behind on my eyes but I also rinse well then use a regular cleanser after wearing makeup.
