Hydrating Gentle Foaming Cleanser.

Trying the Hydrating line for the first time. I like it very much. Much better than the original one I was using when I was younger.

Does not remove makeup completely !

I've been using this product for over a year and today I realized the formula has changed dramatically. The cleanser poured onto my hand and was creamy but not foaming. I noticed it didn't remove my makeup completely when I dried my face and there was makeup on my clean white towel (we all know makeup stains)! I then washed with a drugstore face wipe & sure enough there was makeup on the wipe. The scent is Not pleasant but medicinal
