Disappointing Purchase: Tom Ford Tobacco Oud 50ml

I'm extremely disappointed with my purchase of Tom Ford Tobacco Oud 50ml perfume. The scent is nowhere near the sample I tried in-store. The sample had a rich, deep, and complex aroma, but the actual perfume is weak, bland, and lacks any real depth. To make matters worse, the customer care team has been unhelpful and unresponsive. I've reached out to them, explaining the issue, but they've failed to provide any meaningful assistance. As a loyal customer of sephora, I expect a certain level of quality and consistency in their products. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of my expectations. Rating: 1/5 stars Would not recommend , please save your hard earned money.

tobacco oud patchouli sandalwood done , this fragrance by far a a compliment hunter :) on myself I can smell it around 12 hours , people around me can smell it even around 8-9 hours , scent is a 9/10 , its a fragrance for alpha guys like me ( sorry to say this ) :) its not a smell for everyone , I think here its only 2 option - you like it or you hate it for myself I love it really and its makes me happy if I wear it , still not available in sephora but thanks god I have still one 100 ml bottle :)
