Very dry with 0 pigment
I was on the lookout for a lip pencil that would replace my Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk. This Saie lip pencil in Wink looked similar online so I purchased but I found out that it’s neither creamy nor nourishing. It’s actually very dry and had no pigment. Had to return.

love this lip liner its super pigmented and it stays for a while and you dont have to reapply for atleast a few hours!! buy!!!!!
