I have used Tattoo liner for 10+ years. In the past year, the formula has been revamped to a much cheaper version. It is nothing like what it used to be. It immediately transfers, does not last, and it pulls as you apply it. The old version was literally the perfect liner- this doesn’t even last more than a few minutes without smearing to your upper lids. Literally any other liner is better than this one now, when this used to be the best liquid of all time.

I really tried to like this but it is not worth it. The eyeliner isn’t as pigmented as some other brands I have tried. I typically have to put two coats on. Wish I could return it
