A must have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Make Up For Ever HD Skin Perfecting Loose Powder for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it lives up to the hype. This powder is incredibly lightweight and gives the skin a soft-focus, blurred finish without looking cakey or overly matte. One of my favorite things about it is how finely milled it is—it melts into the skin and sets makeup beautifully without settling into fine lines. It does a great job at minimizing shine while still allowing your skin to look like skin. I also appreciate that it doesn’t cause flashback in photos, which is perfect for events or filming. It works really well on top of liquid foundations and doesn’t disturb the base. I’ve also tried it with just a bit of concealer on lighter makeup days, and it still smooths out the overall look. As for wear time, it holds up pretty well throughout the day. I might need a touch-up in my T-zone after a long day, but that’s normal for my combination skin. The packaging is sleek and travel-friendly, though I wish the sifter had a lock to make it a bit less messy.

Blurred, not caked
