Application was a breeze with this liner but unfortunately it flakes terribly on me and clumps up when you go over places more than once. The bottle dried out after less than a month of being used daily.

I am not sure what the tip is made from, is it felt? Or silicone? It is definitely not a brush with hairs. I find that liquid liners with a hair brush tip (like kvd) have better precision for perfect thin winged liner and only require one stroke. For this liner I had to place a few strokes and make my liner more wide. However, the liner stay put all day in the heat and did not run
