Too little product.
I bought this product in October. Have used maybe 10 times. In early December I thought was broken as no new pencil would extend. I returned to store and the employee said is not broken but has run out. There is not very much product to begin with if gone in about 10 applications if that. And color not saturated at all. I see as I write this the color is blonde which was too light to begin with. Mostly unhappy that ran out so fast.

I wanted to love this but I recognize that I am a unique case. My sparse eyebrows are mostly gray with dark brunette hairs interspersed. With my hair color and very pale skin color, I need to go darker rather than lighter. This just didn't work as it flaked horribly and did not look at all natural.
