It’s a no for me
Not a fan. It’s not smooth and skips, and breaks off too easily. Not a good formula.

Disappointing. Expected better.
I was told that this eyeliner was waterproof and had tremendous stay power but sadly it was gone from my waterline and bled to my under eye area in less than half a day. I was not impressed especially with the price point. Will be returning.
