Good product

Not a favorite toner but it is a milky consistency, not water. Not sure it does much more then soothes and moisturizes. But doesn’t have exfoliating or brightening properties like I want in my toner. I use it rarely but it’s not a bad product. I love Kiehls either way! Just not a go to in my everyday routine!

Essential in my skincare routine

I use this product everyday before using moisturizer. I tend to have very dry skin, especially in winter and this toner in combination with moisturizer seem to finally satisfy my skin.
