Goes on thin and not sticky, which I like. It does absolutely nothing as far as plumping. Doesn’t even tingle to make you feel like it might be. Total waste of money.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this, however, I keep having to reapply it every single hour because it dries my lips out. So disappointed.
