BAD IRRITATION

I rarely write reviews even though I always read them when purchasing a product, and I wish I had read reviews before applying but I got this as a sample and put it on two times- first time,no problem, but yesterday after applying in the am by the afternoon, I was itching on my neck and last night after washing my makeup off I have red patches not just on my neck but on the sides of my face I'm literally wanting to scratch my skin off this morning I do not have sensitive skin and my skin tolerates products pretty well so I'm shocked at this reaction
