Not a good waterproof

This is junk for a waterproof mascara. It transfers and gives me raccoon eyes. There are better formulas.

Can someone explain how it is used correctly?

I like it, but I’m not sure if the first application is thicker, I have my lashes longer, but is very straight I have to use waterproof mascara
