Hydrating where?

This is absolutely not “hydrating” in any sense of the word. I have had pencil eyeliners creamier than this. Firstly, the shades are way too similar and not accurate to what is represented online. The caps don’t stay on and the tip is too fat to get a sharp lip line. But the biggest gripe is how thick, matte, and gummy this product is. Even after wiping off, my lips still had this sticky feeling on them. I had to use a lip oil and wipe off with a washcloth to get the residue off. Very disappointed especially since I love most products from Ilia

Beautiful color

This color (night bloom-deep magenta) is so pretty and it also stays on really well.
