Good, gentle balm but not plumping

Never noticed any plumping. But I do like this balm. No beeswax and no harsh ingredients that caused a reaction, which is great. I put Vaseline over this at night and wake up with super moisturized lips (as opposed to Vaseline or balm alone). It's comfortable and not outrageously priced.
