Broke out face

I loved the texture, but it gave me a rash and broke out me face. Wasn’t impressed

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Made me break out with small red bumps and pustules all over my neck, cheeks, and around my mouth. Never ever had this with a primer nor other skin products before. Really upsetting!
