Broke in transit-refused to refund

The powder broke and spilled in transit, got everywhere when I opened the box and they refused to refund. Finally after multiple emails having to send and resend pictures, info and dates they agreed to reship. I've been buying NARS for years and have noticed a decline in product quality, but now they just don't even wrap anything.
