Just Pass
I don’t love. It is sticky, yet oily and doesn’t really prime anything.

It primes I haven’t seen no plumping tho!
I ain’t sure about no plumping that I’ve been able to tell at least but it does prime the skin for your foundation and it holds it in place well also!
