It’s a tint for sure!
Bought this for my little sister who doesn’t usually wear makeup, she loves it and that’s a win in my book! No fragrance which i appreciate. The shade range is a bit sad on the deeper end. Super sheer light coverage, not the most buildabke formula but you can get to a light.
