Not worth it

I loved this at first but after buying two of them I notice the eyeliner starts to streak after a few uses.

My go-to liner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner from Rare Beauty and Influenster to try out and review. It is a great product and I’ve actually repurchased on my own! I like the felt brush tip, it gives me a nice wing. The formula dries evenly to a matter black. It’s not waterproof but it does hold on all day! The only issue I have is that the construction of the pen itself sometimes means the liquid bubbles at the base and dependent apply well because the brush is dried out. Store upside-down for best results! wing
