Doesn’t bleed

I’ve tried many, and nothing comes close! Put it on, let it set for a minute, and then apply lipstick ( I don’t use gloss, therefore can’t give an opinion). Sometimes I’ll finger dab some setting spray around my lip edges too. I have lines and this is the only liner that works for me. Pinky Brown isn’t my everyday choice - I use it when I want something a bit more neutral. Generally, I use Vivid Pink for a bit more color under my lipstick.
