Soft and shimmery Glow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Soft, smooth powder gives a shimmer with just a tap and brush. Easily add more drama with a couple extra swipes. Stays for hours. I like the shade options. I don't think I would pay retail, partly because I rarely pay retail for anything.
