Does not remove the makeup
I recently tried the updated formula of lancome famous eye makeup remover, and it was a huge letdown. Unlike the previous version, this new formula falls short in every way. I struggled to effectively remove even non-waterproof makeup. I found myself using multiple cotton pads and still so much eye makeup left. The whole process became so frustrating that it actually irritated my eyes. I won't be repurchasing. I strongly advise not to buy it.
