Best powder for mature under eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many powders and there are very nice ones out there but for my mature under eyes this is the best! I have used it for years and it still holds up against all others for the under eye .

Wish I loved.

This looks great over the skin for about ~6 hours. Unfortunately once you get to that point the under eyes are looking dry and so is the entire face (even with skin prep). I wanted to love this! Sadly it will be going back. I am29 and would not recommend this for anyone my age or above.
