Awful, it burnt my skin

I bought this recently to take away with me for my holiday. I have used it in the past with no problems. I was horrified when I first used it on how strong it smelled and the burning effect it had on my skin. I have gone from beautiful skin to blistered red scaling, itching skin. The worst time this could happen. I stopped using it and my skin is still red and blistered from the damage that it has caused. Can I get a refund? Not sure what you have put in this face wash. If I have to visit a dermatologist upon my return from my trip, will you cover the cost? Horrible product!
