Terrible packaging, broken plastic

I have been using this brow pencil for YEARS without issue. I am only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it works for me since the color Medium matches my eyebrows very well. However, the last FIVE pencils I purchased have had the flimsiest packaging, so much so that each spoolie has broken off within a couple weeks of use. There is no excuse for the decline in quality of such a reputable and popular brand, especially at this price point. Not to mention, the last 2 pencils have had the actual pencil fall out of the packaging before it was finished. I've wasted about 1/2 inch of pencil because it fell out without me realizing. It seems that many people are having this issue, and I'm shocked that Anastasia BH hasn't rectified the packaging situation by now. I won't be buying again.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

Disappointed with this eyebrow pencil. There’s is not much product and the eye pencil is delicate. The spoolie snapped off after using it 4 times. Overpriced, too fragile, poorly made.
