Didn't work properly

My hairdresser used this on me and it created Viking on my limp fine hair. So I decided to purchase, first item received it would not pump out as moose not matter how much I shaker it and would just be a liquid mess so I got a replacement and the pump does not work and I can not even dispense the product so it's useless as I can't use the product at all and I am fed up with it. I am trying to contact for a refund/replacement but I am very disappointed. Or I think online purchase they deliver defected item B much disappointed with Sephora too
