Excellent product, but not for me
I decided to change the cream from the regular water bank to this one and it didn't work out for me. It is an excellent product but for my skin it is not the right one. I dry my face even more until I manage to peel it and irritate it completely

The refill looks & feels different
I purchased the refillable one with the idea to buy the refill pods as needed. Got a sister in law it up for me - when I opened it, it looked and felt different - not creamy. This one looks and feels Otherwise I really love the product.very different, it’s like ‘putty’ - is something wrong with it ? I loved the one I had - and expected the refill to be no different in the texture and feel of it.
