Refill! Yeah!

I depend on this cream from mid-fall to end of spring. This is also particularly nice when one works in overheated, drying buildings, and then stepping outside to bitter cold wind. (Then, I turn to the "lighter" version.). Everything would be perfect except for the ridiculously oversized plastic "casing." (We know "the size" of the cream when we are buying so why put it in a much larger container? We aren't fooled...) Now with the refill, at least I am not purchasing more plastic! The cream really is highly recommended even for very sensitive skin.

Not enough moisturizing

I like it but have to use a lot to moisturize my face
