Soft and shiny 1A hair

I see lots of mixed reviews, and I’m concerned that it will eventually make me shed hair, but I’ve been using this for about a month and it’s just been great for me. I have very fine, straight hair. I have 1A/2A hair. And it leaves my hair soft and not staticy. 2A

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) By far, it's the worst shampoo and conditioner I've ever used. It made my hair fall out like crazy and what remained on my head was frizzy and lifeless. I got it as my free birthday gift, and I'm so glad I didn't actually pay for it!
