I saw some mixed reviews about this saying it smelled like playdoh or cheap tanning oil/sunscreen. To be honest, that wasn't my impression at all upon spraying it on. I thought it was a rich, subtle beach scent. It is its own. I like wearing perfumes that emanate their individuality. I like that it smells like something a lot of people would reach for (in my opinion), but it's unique enough to be its own and something fun to wear and get compliments on. It's not too powdery but enough to give a soft and warm impression. I am super impressed, I went ahead and purchased the perfume because this hit my top favorite scents. The longevity is less than decent but not terrible. I love the scent, though, so I wish it was a little stronger, but I understand this is a body spray. I'd say this is a good option for someone who is more sensitive to heavier smells or stuff that clings.
