SIGNATURE OF THE SUN YUZU
Considered as the rarest fruit of Japan, the yuzu fruit is now the newest of Acqua di Parma's "frutti d'oro". The fragrance brings together yuzu's bittersweet aroma with our signature citrus notes. The sparkling and energising fragrance combines the freshness of the yuzu with notes of bergamot, lotus, mimosa, violet leaves, and jasmine.Only 4 items left

I was so excited to try this out as I’ve heard rave reviews, and the Osmanthus parfum of this collection is literally my favorite scent ever. However, I was disappointed since it smelled like new car leather on me, and I couldn’t detect any hint do Yuzu. Decent sillage - lasted about 6-8 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a fan of everything Japanese yuzu, from smells to flavors, so I was eager to find out how Acqua di Parma would interpret the unique citrus scent. And I’ll start by saying that it turned out to be just brilliant. Upon spritzing, the immediate top notes are crisp with a hint of well-balanced bitterness. After a couple of minutes, the notes of bergamot and Sichuan pepper settle in and blend seamlessly with the refreshing citrus aroma, toning down the fruits’ acidity to bring out some mellow middle notes of lotus, mimosa, violet leaves, and jasmine. Finally, the soft, rich woody scents kick in as the unmistakable note of yuzu continues to bring the warm scents to life. My overall impression of this perfume is sparkling yet sophisticated, and it’s so much more than being just light and fruity like how I would expect a citrus scent to be. It’ll certainly be suitable for the warm days ahead but is also full-bodied and refined for cooler seasons.
