Fantastic Neutral
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip liner is fantastic neutral for me, applied very smooth the texture went right along with it. Like I said, the color was great, the packaging worked well and I didn’t notice a scent for applying. This would be fantastic for a basic neutral lip!
