I have purchased two sets of the absolue series products. However to my disappointment, the product i received were rather near to the expiry date. The normal shelf life of a skincare product is 3 years if unopened i understand, but i did not expect a product from lancome at the high end series would be almost a year to the expiry date! After communicating with the beauty agent in email, I was "reassured" on the products i received is good in condition to be used ( more than 1 year to the expiry date) and they were following the policy of first in first out (FIFO). Hence i assumed that the product is selling slow and if you purchased it you probably will receive a product near to the expiry date. I was a bit particular on that as i purchased a lot in a bulk and i did not expect that i would have to rush to use all the products in 1 year! What a dissapointment!
