Lack of quality control?

I've been using Gimme Brows for years and it's been my tried and true, however Benefit's quality control seems to be non-existent these days. I purchased a new tube to stock up during the last sale and upon opening today it is missing a crucial component (component that scrapes excess product off the brush) rendering it completely unusable. Extremely disappointed as I do love the product but because of the faulty packaging I will either have to pry the part out of an old tube or buy a new one.

Excellent. But needs a new price tag

I didn’t want to buy this product. It’s outrageously priced even if it is excellent. It’s one of the few eyebrow gels that dry down clean, not tacky and isn’t crunchy.
