Does not stay on dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wrote this review a while back that apparently the company deleted, but this diffuser is incredibly poorly made. Unlike the other attachments that come with their dryer which snap on, this one is held together by suction/pressure, and falls off at least once during the drying process (would be more but I frantically push it back down constantly after bruising my foot badly after it fell directly on the side of my foot). There's such an easy remedy to this issue, and it is shocking they still haven't fixed this. Could be a great product but the design is very flawed and frankly dangerous with how often it falls. I literally have to wear boots to dry my hair to avoid injury from this product. PLEASE fix it and make it snap on.

Falls off while drying; design needs improvement

I was really excited to get this diffuser specifically made for the dryer as a cheaper one I had in the past used to fall off while using. While this one is a little better made in that pieces don’t break when it falls, it unfortunately still falls off about every other use. For something made for the Drybar dryer I also bought, I was expecting a snap on or twist on closure rather than just relying on suction that doesn’t hold up for long while drying. Hopefully they’ll redesign to make a more appropriately matched diffuser that attaches more securely in the future that twists or snaps on to prevent falling off while using.
