Dry, unpigmented
The worst eyeliner I’ve used, this was dry and dragged along my waterline. This was not smooth & did not last on my waterline. 0 stars

Dry formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if I got a faulty product but upon application I noticed the formula is very dry. If would tug on my eyelids and was almost impossible to use
