The key to using this concealer is understanding how it works and if that fits your specific needs. This is a very, very light coverage concealer with a creamy/waxy consistency (think a lip balm or lip mask). It’s less thick/waxy than the RMS pot concealer, but on the flip side, offers less coverage than RMS. If you have dry skin and no dark circles, you'll love this! I think it's also great for teens. Due to the unique formula, it’s best go in store and swatch to match your complexion. Do NOT go a shade lighter bc you WILL look like a ghost. I tried and returned two shades before I found the right one for me. If you try to build it up too much, it WILL crease and it absolutely must be set with powder if you want it to last more than two hours. Due to the oil-based formula and waxy nature, it transfers despite setting, so be wary of that. If you have dark circles, you're also gonna need to use a heavy duty color corrector first. So, WHY buy this? I personally use this when I WFH and have to hop on a Zoom meeting or am going to the gym and don't want to use my expensive high-end concealer. I like it because it wears so beautifully with your natural oils that it still looks okay at the end of day when it has started to fade. It also reapplies well. If it had just a LITTLE more coverage, it would be perfect. Overall, it's great for a no-makeup makeup day when all you do is brows, concealer, and a gloss. If you have hyperpigmentation, acne scars, or any other issues that need major coverage, this will not 100% conceal that, but it will make it less noticeable. If that’s your vibe, give it a try!
