change sephora staff mcc

They need to change the staff working for chanel guiding people all wrong shade ! they need to help us?properly she was in hurry and forced me to buy this shade which was super light ! now i am here with a loss of 285dhs !!! 100 not at all satisfied . when i asked the lady to show me 1 shade light she said no its very dark its perfect maam .. and see i am at a big loss .. no help from sephora no return exchange or redund !! Total loss
