I’ve used it 3 times so far and I can feel the difference in my hair. I recommend doing research on how best to use it as the instructions aren’t great. Abbey Yung has some great YouTube videos

I used it once (albeit too much apparently). I have waist length 3a-3c hair and finished the entire bottle with some hair left to spare. I left it in for maybe 30 mins and put on a heat cap (idk if it did anything more) then proceeded to do my deep conditioning then style my hair I felt a big difference between my hair with K18 on it and the apogee two -minute treatment (I used it on the hair remaining). My hair was much smoother and felt more manageable. I will continue to use this and will start using the trial k18 hair oil on my ends.
