Love it, hydrating and softening

Amazing! It hydrates, softens, detangles my hair, and it has a nice scent for my taste. I compared to samples from the Crown's (which is also good but more lightweight for the hydration i need), Ouai's (didn't like the scent) and Verb's (made me sneeze so much). I loved it!

Hair fall out after use

2 stars because it smells good. Made my hair soft but. It also made my hair fall out I am so disappointed I lost so much hair in only one wash
