I really tried to like this but it is not worth it. The eyeliner isn’t as pigmented as some other brands I have tried. I typically have to put two coats on. Wish I could return it

I've been using this liner for years. I switched from the Tattoo Liner to this one because I found the tattoo liner dried out too quick and this one did not - that has changed. I bought this one, used it twice and it completely dried out
