A MUST HAVE
This is hands down THE BEST eyeliner I have ever used. Rihanna DID THAT. The black is the blackest black and doesn’t budge, even without a primer! The felt tip is long and flexible, perfect for wings! Pigment lasts all day and doesn’t smear. I should have bought this sooner!
