Another disappointed customer
Like several other reviewers, I was excited to get this lovely scented diffuser home to my living room. But unless you get your nose right up to the reeds, it's a lot of money for no scent. I even talked to staff at 2 Jo Malone shops who assured me that adding more reeds, or slapping the reeds on a surface before submersion, or even new reeds would do the trick and nobody else has ever complained. I'm shocked to discover so many other reviewers not having their homes fill with this gorgeous scent - it would seem that the product is not delivering as expected

Disappointing
Unfortunately the smell is just so weak. I had it in my living room and couldn't smell it at all. I decided to move it to my office which is much smaller and still couldn't really smell it. I even asked friends if they could to check I wasn't going nose-blind and they said they couldn't smell it at all. Its a shame because I love the English Pear and Freesia cologne, but this smells far too weak.
