Great Liner

I love using this on my waterline and as my eyeliner! This is easy to apply and once it sets it stays put!

Legend is the only color worth buying.

I am giving this product 3 stars based on the entire collection. I used to work for Urban Decay for years, and their OG 24/7 pencils were wonderful for anywhere besides the waterline (for me). Nothing showed up or stayed for me. Until they introduced Legend and Walk of Shame waterline pencils which are INCREDIBLE!!! I was devastated when they discontinued so many of the waterline colors, but Legend is worth it. I was hopeful that these new colors would replace some of the existing colors that were discontinued, but I found the consistency and the staying time went on exactly like the OG 24/7 liners. So, however Legend is formulated is a true waterline eye pencil. The others are just the original 24/7 liner formula repackaged as a new product.
