Doesn’t tug on 40’s skin
I’m 44 and this is a fantastic eyeliner. It doesn’t tug, glides on easy peasy. I use it to tightline, and if you don’t wipe away the excess on the waterline, there can be some transfer to your lower lids, fyi.
